Shahyad Tomwer or Azadi Tower is symbol of Tehran was build and inaugurated in 1971. It is located at the west of Tehran. In this photo the constructing process was shown. The architecture Mr. Hossein Amanat, won a competition to design the monument and he combined the Islamic and Sassanid theme.
